AI Content & Demo Policy

Version 1.0Last reviewed 24 September 2026

Timeless is built on respect for producers who write music that moves a dancefloor. These rules explain which modern production tools are allowed and where we draw a firm line.

01

Allowed workflow and discovery tools

You do not need to declare AI-assisted mixing and mastering utilities, licensed sample-discovery tools used for individual one-shots, or stem-separation tools used for lawful edits, remixes and mashups.

02

AI vocals and voice cloning

You may never use AI to mimic or clone a recognisable person without permission. Ethical vocal engines are considered only case by case and must be declared with proof of full commercial clearance.

03

Strictly prohibited

We do not sign fully generative tracks, drops, arrangements or vocal toplines. Generative AI cannot write or render core musical stems such as a synth lead, piano progression or orchestral section.

AI may inspire an idea, but the submitted audio must be replayed, sequenced and recreated by the producer.

04

Verification, audits and penalties

Every demo requires an AI-use declaration. Where there is reasonable concern, Timeless may request project files, stems or session evidence and will rely on human review rather than automated AI detectors.

Undeclared generative content can result in rejection, catalogue removal and a permanent submission ban. Submitters remain responsible for copyright claims and costs caused by undeclared use.
