AI Transparency Statement

Version 1.0Last reviewed 24 September 2026

We champion the human craft of dance music. We use modern tools to operate Timeless, but human creativity and human judgement remain at the centre of every release and A&R decision.

01

How we use AI

Timeless uses AI-assisted tools to help build our platform, write code and support administrative workflows.

We may use language models to help draft structural copy, format text, outline page layouts and triage written support responses. Human staff remain responsible for decisions and published output.

02

AI does not judge your music

We do not use automated audio pre-screening, algorithmic quality scoring or AI summaries to filter our demo queue.

Every demo submitted to Timeless is listened to and evaluated by a human being. We sign music based on human feeling, creativity and energy.

03

Label artwork and visuals

90% of the time, artificial intelligence is not used at all in our official label cover artworks or visual assets. We never use fully AI-generated imagery as cover art or use AI components to replace the human identity or core creative direction of a piece.

In rare circumstances, AI may assist tiny, non-focal details. These generations account for less than 5% of the final visual, are quality-controlled, and require explicit artist consent. Artists can request that no AI assistance is used.

04

Timeless Studio and digital assets

All audio samples, drum hits and synthesizer presets distributed by Timeless are human-crafted by professional sound designers. We do not sell, distribute or use AI-generated sample packs.

05

Intellectual property and privacy

Music submitted for review is never uploaded to, scanned by or processed by an AI model on our behalf. Our operational AI services are configured so processed data is excluded from training public models.

Timeless prohibits scraping or extracting catalogue audio, metadata or artwork to train third-party AI models without a direct commercial licence.

06

Ongoing accountability

We review this statement as technology and provider terms change. If our technology stack changes, we will re-verify our position and update this page.
